HISTORY
Originally beginning from the CLUB SCENE, Herbie De Guzman aka "ISOLATOR" began from the roots of Hip Hop/Urban Dance where the named was coined for his style of movement. Dancing to electronic music of "popping" infused with the music of hip hop choreography set his style apart to fuel amateur and experienced dancers.
" I never thought of myself as becoming a DJ, it sorta just fell into my lap. As soon as I got my fellow dance friends to start freestyling though; I knew I wanted to keep the party going" - Isolator
Currently taking Downtown San Diego as his DJing playground you can catch him locally amongst the Gaslamp and greater San Diego Events.
EXPERIENCE

While seasoned in the Hip Hop Club Scene; originally the "Isolator" started with Electronic, Dubstep and EDM as it related to his former dance background of Popping and Urban Dance. However being taken upon by many local DJs he grew his skills in all formats of Hip Hop including Bay Area, Dirty South Crunk, East & West Coast Vibes and everything from Throwbacks to modern day Trap. Also a treat for the older generations; Funk and Disco is also a favorite genre that's been mixed in to blend that old school with the New. In one phrase you'll receive the "Feel Good Music" for what you're looking for.
NIGHTLIFE
The nightlife is no strange scene to San Diego's Gaslamp District. ISOLATOR has set himself apart by catering to Urban/Hip Hop Dancers which primarily brought his interest towards mixing music and have been his consistent crowd.
